BOOSTER RULES & GUIDELINES
Essential information for all PBOOST boosters.
Welcome to the team. To ensure a safe and professional environment for both you and our clients, strict adherence to these rules is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
1. Privacy & Communication (CRITICAL)
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
- Sharing your personal contact information (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) with clients.
- Asking clients for their personal contact information.
- Discussing payments or prices outside of the platform.
- Directing clients to other boosting services.
All communication must happen through the PBOOST chat system. This protects both parties and ensures you get paid.
2. Order Completion & Proof
When you finish an order, you normally need to upload a screenshot. However, there is a better way:
PREFERRED METHOD:
You can politely ask the client to mark the order as "Completed" from their order history panel.
If the client marks it as completed, you do not need to send proof. The order is instantly verified, and your payout is secured faster.
3. Tips & Gratuity
YOU CAN ASK FOR TIPS!
If you have provided excellent service, you are allowed to mention tips to the client.
- You may politely say: "If you were happy with the boost, a tip is greatly appreciated!"
- Clients can tip directly through their order page.
- Do not beg or harass the client for tips.
4. General Conduct
- VPN Usage: Always use a VPN matching the client's region for piloted services. This is non-negotiable.
- Professionalism: Be polite and patient. Never be toxic in-game or in chat.
- Invisibility: Appear offline in-game unless instructed otherwise. Do not reply to the client's friends.
- Timeliness: Start orders promptly. If you cannot complete an order, unassign yourself immediately so others can take it.
