Boss Ladder Farming Guide

Target Farming Uber Uniques

The Boss Ladder is the best way to target specific Unique items in Diablo 4. Each boss has a specific loot table.

1. Duriel & Andariel

These are the "Uber" bosses. They have the highest chance to drop Uber Uniques like Shako (Harlequin Crest) and The Grandfather. You need materials from Varshan and Grigoire to summon them.

2. Tormented Bosses

Level 200 versions of the bosses. They drop 5x the loot but require Stygian Stones to summon. This is the most efficient way to farm if your build is strong enough.

3. Material Farming

Farming the summoning materials (Living Steel, Malignant Hearts, etc.) takes time. Helltides and Whispers are your best friends here.
