REFUND POLICY
At PBOOST, we strive to provide the highest quality service. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The order has NOT started yet. If a booster has not been assigned or has not logged into your account/invited you to the group, you are eligible for a full refund.
- The booster started or invited you but there was a significant delay in proceeding.
- The booster was rude, unprofessional, or performed a bad job.
- Partial Refund: If the order is partially completed, you will be refunded for the unfinished portion (% of completion).
2. Refund Methods
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned via one of the following methods:
- PBOOST Balance: Instant credit to your account for future purchases.
- PayPal: Returned to the original payment method (may take 3-5 business days depending on PayPal's processing).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds for:
- Orders that have already been fully completed.
- The completed portion of an active order (you will only be refunded for the remaining %).
- Issues resulting from user error (e.g., providing wrong account details) after work has started.
