Is my account safe?
Yes, absolutely. Safety is our top priority. For Piloted services, we use premium VPNs to match your country's IP address, making it look like you are playing from home. For Self-play services, there is zero risk as you are playing your own account. We have a 0% ban rate across thousands of orders.
What is the difference between Self-play and Piloted?
Self-play: You play your own character alongside our professional boosters. No account sharing is required. This is the safest method.
Piloted: One of our boosters logs into your account to complete the service for you. This is often faster and allows you to do other things (sleep, work) while we boost. We require your login credentials for this mode.
Do you use bots or cheats?
Never. All our services are 100% hand-made by professional players. We strictly prohibit the use of bots, scripts, or hacks, as these endanger your account.
Orders & Payments
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you can track its status in your User Panel under "Order History". You can also chat directly with your booster there. If you provided Discord/Telegram contact info, we will also send you updates there.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Credit/Debit cards (via PayPal secure checkout), PayPal balance, and Cryptocurrency (Binance Pay, USDT, Bitcoin, etc.).
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If your order has not started yet, you are eligible for a full refund. If the order is partially completed, we can refund the remaining portion. Please check our

Services & Boosters
Who are your boosters?
Our roster consists of top-tier players from around the world. This includes multi-rank 1 Gladiators in WoW, Radiant players in Valorant, and Challenger players in LoL. They are vetted for skill and professionalism before joining PBOOST.
Can I play on my account during a boost?
For Piloted orders, please do not log in while the booster is playing, as it will disconnect them and may flag your account for suspicious activity. We will notify you when we are taking a break or finished. For Self-play, you are playing the whole time!
